The first visit to the dentist is formative for all future treatments. A negative first experience at the dentist can last a lifetime. That's why we give our youngest patients extra attention and time. We want them to experience their first visit in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere so that they can slowly get used to the new environment, free from negative feelings such as fear, stress or pain.

For our paediatric dentist Dr Andrée Barman and her colleague Dr Angelika Hafner, the first contact with our smallest clients is the most important. Here they can get to know your child with a lot of patience and empathy, respond to their needs and thus build up a relationship of trust.

Milk teeth are crucial! We often hear that milk teeth are replaced by permanent teeth and are therefore not important. This is wrong. A complete and healthy milk set of teeth is a basic prerequisite for the dental health of the permanent teeth.
In addition to caries diagnosis, treatment for children focuses on prophylaxis and nutritional counselling, as well as the early detection of congenital tooth damage and malocclusions.

Children can also learn at an early age how to care for their teeth properly and keep them healthy. Should caries nevertheless develop, it will be treated with the appropriate filling therapy.
Our paediatric dentists also carry out necessary surgical procedures and the treatment of accidental teeth.
If necessary, minor corrective orthodontic measures are carried out during the development of the dentition in cooperation with the orthodontist and total orthodontic restorations are planned and implemented.

The treatment concept is specially designed for the treatment of children and allows for optimal control of anxiety and pain. We offer a child-friendly entertainment programme during treatment, treatments with laughing gas and complete restorations under general anaesthesia.
